WE ARE HAPPY TO INFORM YOU THAT THE IRR OF RA 9516 FOR CONTROLLED CHEMICALS WAS SIGNED BY THE C, PNP ON JUNE 6, 2016 AND APPROVED BY SILG ON JUNE 9, 2016. SCHEDULED PUBLICATION OF THE SAID IRR TO THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE WILL BE ON JULY 25, 2016 AND THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE IRR WILL BE ON AUGUST 9, 2016.
REGULAR LICENSE EXPIRING BEFORE THE EFFECTIVITY OF THE IRR ON AUGUST 9, 2016 OR FROM JUNE 15-AUG 9, 2016 HAS A PRIVILEDGE TO EXTEND THEIR LICENSE UNTIL AUG 9 IF THEY WISH, HOWEVER, YOU ARE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT WRITTEN REQUEST FOR EXTENSION AND APPLICATION FOR RENEWAL USING THE REQUIREMENTS UNDER NEW IRR .
REGULAR LICENSE EXPIRING AFTER THE EFFECTIVITY OF THE IRR OR AFTER AUGUST 9, YOU ARE ADVISED TO SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION AT LEAST 60 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EXPIRATION OF THE LICENSE. DELISTED CHEMICALS INCLUDED IN THE VALID LICENSE WILL NO LONGER BE REGULATED.
TEMPORARY LICENSE HOLDERS ARE ADVISE TO SUBMIT THEIR APPLICATION FOLDER AT LEAST 60 DAYS PRIOR TO THE ACTUAL IMPLEMENTATION OF IRR.

On March 16, 2016 (Wednesday) at about 2:40 PM a fire drill was conducted at CSG Building, Camp Crame, Quezon City. The said activity led by PSSUPT FAUSTO V MANZANILLA JR, CDS, CSG, Over-all Incident Commander, PSSUPT EDUARDO C ABADAY, C, OMD, CSG, Assistant Commander/Fire Marshall, members of the CSG Fire Contingency Preparedness Team and other CSG personnel present.
The Fire Safety team led by PSINSP CORNELIO DILLA, Base Fire Section, HSS and FO3 Ricky Flores, LEcturer/Fire Safety Inspector, QCFD, assessed the performance during the fire drill and a short orientation and discussion with them followed afterwards.
